Sun Hung Kai & Co. was established in 1969 by Fung King Hey, Kwok Tak Seng and Lee Shau Kee, and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1983. In 1996, it was acquired from the Fung family[1] by Allied Properties (H.K.) Limited, a subsidiary of Allied Group Limited, an investment holding company whose Chief Executive is Mr. Lee Seng Hui,[2] and which manages property investments and financial services.[3]
